Kung Fu Power
The Power of Kung Fu – Kung Fu is known for its striking Power. Kung Fu teaches you to focus the entire strength of your body into a small dime-sized area. However, there are other subtler powers that Kung Fu and Tai Chi use such as Sticking Power, Spring Power, Soft Power, etc. Here’s a demonstration of sticking power. Sticking power allows you to adhere to an opponent. In other words, if the throw a punch and you block, the blocking hand sticks to the opponent’s arm like glue.
